Documentary about an exclusive club composed of airmen who were injured and had to undergo plastic surgey at the Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead. The Surgical techniques were experimental; hence the name 'the Guinea Pig Club.'The film features some of the men telling how they overcame obstacles and handicaps through their mutual support, and of their affection for Sir Archibald McIndoe, the pioneering surgeon who helped them.
