Synopsis

On Monday 30th January, sculptor Richard Gibson and director of the Young Unknowns Gallery, Peter Sylveire appeared at the Old Bailey under the charge of offending public decency by displaying a pair of freeze-dried foetus earings. The programme follows the trial and asks: Do we need protecting from art, or should art be protected from the law.
