Documentary series about business management and the attainment and maintenance of business standards. Tom Peters begins this series with an attack on the management, product quality and profitability of Americas top companies. He examines the success of smaller and mid-sized companies and considers the lessons for Britain and Europe. He concludes that management is not a rational activity and innovation cannot be planned.
