Action-thriller. A documentary film crew sets off up the Amazon in search of an ancient tribe said to live in the Brazilian rain forest. When they rescue a mysterious stranger, Paul Sarone, stranded on his boat, little do they suspect that Sarone is intent on capturing live a forty-foot man-eating snake, the anaconda. As he takes over the boat, the crew prepare to fight for survival against Sarone and the anaconda he is drawing them to.
