Synopsis

Combines a mixture of archive and dramatic scenes, with an analysis by those close to him of the black psychiatrist, writer and intellectual, Frantz Fanon (1925-1961). His books, notably `Black Skin, White Masks' and `The Wretched of the Earth', analyse the effect of colonialism on both blacks and whites. Contributors include Professor Stuart Hall and Fanon's son Olivier.
