Synopsis

The story of freedom fighter Bhagat Singh, who fought for India's freedom from British rule. Having witnessed, at the age of twelve, the Jallianwala Bagh massacre by the British and being disillusioned with Gandhi's 1921 non-cooperation movement, he decides to join Chandrasekhar Azad's revolutionary movement. Together with his comrades Sukhdev and Rajguru, he plants a bomb in the National Assembly. Caught and imprisoned by the British, all three were finally executed on 23 March 1931.
