Synopsis

During the 1995 conflicts in India. A young man, Haider, returns home to Kashmir after learning of his father's disappearance. He discovers that security forces have detained his father for harboring militants and that his mother has begun a relationship with his uncle. An adaptation of William Shakespeare's play 'The Tragedy of Hamlet, Prince of Denmark' (aka 'Hamlet').
