Future Film accreditation

Take part in the Festival buzz with one of our Future Film passes.

Future Film accreditation to the BFI London Film Festival 2018 is available to all those interested in pursuing and progressing a career in the film industry.

Future Film accreditation offers a unique opportunity to make the most of the Festival.

Subject to availability, an individually-named Future Film Delegate pass gives you access to:

  • Over 125 Press and Industry (P&I) screenings. Scheduled from Wednesday 10 October to Friday 19 October 2018.
  • Free or discounted tickets to screenings and events in the LFF Education programme taking place during the Festival.
  • Free or discounted tickets to selected LFF Industry events and LFF Public screenings taking place during the Festival.

Please note that the Future Film pass does not give you access to the daily Industry networking drinks. However there may be availability to attend specific Industry events and panels.

You can find a link to full Industry accreditation, should you be interested in applying for a different accreditation type. However, please be aware that Industry accreditation is only open to those already working within the film industry in a professional capacity.

Passes are provided in three categories:

Future Film: 16-17 year olds £30
Future Film: 18-25 year olds £40
Future Film Plus: 25+, Lecturers, Teachers £50

Accreditation for Future Film passes will open on Tuesday 28 August and close on Friday 28 September.

The number of Future Film Delegate passes is limited and subject to availability.

Please note that you will be required to upload a copy of your photo ID, showing your full date of birth, when submitting your application.

Please be aware that specific Press and Industry screenings will be unavailable to under 18s, as per standard film certification law.

Please note: Please note: Access to all LFF Press & Industry, Public events and screenings and LFF Education events and screenings are subject to availability. We regret that a LFF Future Film Delegate pass cannot guarantee access to any one screening or event. This is particularly the case for Press and Industry screenings of popular titles such as Gala films.

Press and Industry screenings and Education events and screenings are accessed on the day directly with your Future Film Delegate pass, availability pending. For the selected Public screenings, tickets are issued on the day at the venue box office upon presentation of your Delegate pass. Advance booking will be required for selected Industry and Education events - booking details will be sent via email.
