Mark Salisbury

Mark Salisbury is a journalist, author and screenwriter.

A former editor of Empire, he has written more than 15 film books, among them the acclaimed Burton on Burton and the New York Times bestselling The Case of Beasts: Explore the Film Wizardry of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. His other books include Crimson Peak: The Art of Darkness, Alice in Wonderland: A Visual Companion, and Prometheus: The Art of the Film. He also co-wrote the script for Makers, Mysteries & Magic, an audio book about the making of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald.
