Love in the Afternoon

The last of Eric Rohmer's Six Moral Tales focuses on business executive Frederic who leads a happily married life with wife Helene and enjoys his job as a partner in a small Paris office.

He spends his afternoons dreaming of other women, but that's all it ever is - dreaming. Until one day, a mistress of an old friend begins dropping by his office. They begin to meet quite irregularly during the afternoons, until she decides she wants to seduce him - leaving Frederic with a serious moral dilemma.
