A lighthearted dramatisation of Fred's migration to China to take up job in a hospital as an ancillary worker. The aim of the film is to help understanding of what it means to be an immigrant worker, and to demonstrage a range of misunderstandings that can arise from a language barrier and cultural differences. Introduced by Elizabeth Laird and aimed at supervisors, shop stewards, and Personnel staff. Intended for general audiences
