Film details


A californian gambler gives the girl he loves to his adopted son, and loses his saloon and his life sacrificing himself for the young couple. An Arizonian gambler in a similar situation reads this story and is wiser than the protagonist he learns that his ward loves him{ and not his adopted son, and acts accordingly. From the story by Bret Harte "The Luck of Roaring Camp."
