A Little Place off the Edgware Road (1975)

Mr. Craven thinks he is going mad. He drifts into a cinema to watch a silent film. Another man sits next to him. There is a stabbing in the film and the other man queries its plausibility, saying there would be much more blood. When the man leaves and the lights come up, there is blood on Craven. He learns there has been a murder near by and tells the police he has met the killer. But the police say that they have the murderer, it is the body which has disappeared.
