Synopsis

Drawing on her own photographic archive, sequences of specially-shot video diary and in-depth interviews, explores the intensely personal and intimate work of the American photographer Nan Goldin. Her photography offers a raw and emotional glimpse of her life, capturing her upbringing and the endless New York party scene of the early 1980s. It also documents the ways in which AIDS struck at the heart of this world.
