The penultimate programme in the third eight-part series featuring company bosses who swap life in the boardroom for the often harsh realities of the shopfloor. His duties include those of chambermaid and concierge, and, during the course of the busy week, he has to deal with floods of complaints from visitors and manages to lose a German tourist's suitcase.
