The fifth of six programmes in the fifth series, exploring the trials undergone by senior staff at a selection of institutions. Follows the progress of Iqbal Wahhab, the former editor of `Tandoori Magazine', as he set about transforming a former library in Westminster into an upmarket Indian restaurant that would `lose the curry-house image loved by the lager brigade and bring authentic Indian cuisine to the British public'. In order to achieve his dream and launch The Cinnamon Club, he re-mortgaged his home and raised £2 million from investors.
