The second programme in a six-part series which features the personal experiences of both patients and staff at University College of London Hospital - one of the country's leading specialist cancer centres. Tells the stories of three young men being treated for cancer at UCLH, the first UK hospital to open a ward devoted to teenagers with cancer: one with a rare bone disease diagnosed when he was 19 undergoing chemotherapy; a 15 year-old with soft tissue cancer who, after a foot amputation, refused further treatment when the disease spread to his lungs; and a young man who, four years ago, at the age of 17 had two operations and chemotherapy for a leg tumour.
