BFI presents KS2 French study day: Learning French using short film for KS2 students

Help your pupils learn French in a fun and interactive way in this KS2 study day.

Louis’ Shoes (2020)

10:30am to 3pm, Monday 5 February 2024, The Stables, Milton Keynes

This event is intended for teachers and students only.

In the morning our presenter will use short films to take pupils on an exciting journey to practice French language. In the afternoon, pupils will have the opportunity to watch a subtitled movie in French, A Cat in Paris (2010).

This event will be delivered in both French and English. Pupils will learn about French culture and take part in language activities aimed at widening vocabulary and encouraging listening and speaking in French.

All activities will be pitched at KS2, enabling learners with different levels of French to engage, and each pupil will be handed a pupil pack. (Pupils should bring a pen for the morning activities.)

The study day will be hosted by an education consultant and MFL specialist.

Don’t miss out on this enriching learning experience!
