Bonjour les amis: Learning French for KS2 pupils

This event will be delivered in both French and English at the BFI Southbank, pupils will learn about French culture and widen their vocabulary.

Help your pupils learn French in a fun and interactive way at our prestigious BFI cinema! In the morning our presenter will use short films to take pupils on an exciting journey to practice French language.

All activities will be pitched at KS2 and each pupil will be handed a pupil pack, enabling learners with different levels of French to engage. In the afternoon, pupils will have the opportunity to watch a subtitled movie in French, A Cat in Paris.

Booking information

  • £6 per student. Accompanying teachers / adults are charged £1 per 5 students – otherwise student rate applies.
  • £40 for teachers attending without students.
  • To book call 020 7815 1329 and pay using a credit/debit card or download, print and return the booking form with cheque or card details.
  • Schools which have over 20% of students receiving free school meals should ask about a discount when booking.
  • Please book by 12pm the day before the event.
  • We cannot reserve seats, send invoices or accept BACS payments.
