Information on press and industry accreditation, pass benefits and this year’s industry programme.

Work in the film or screen sector? Join the 40th BFI Flare: London LGBTQIA+ Film Festival at BFI Southbank to connect with fellow professionals to share ideas and be inspired.

Industry pass benefits include:

  • six industry talks and panels 19 to 26 March
  • access to The Makers events taking place throughout the festival
  • five networking receptions
  • three press and industry screenings
  • delegate directory
  • discounts with the BFI

Access to the BFI Flare industry programme is reserved for professionals working in the film or screen sectors, and evidence of this is expected as part of the application process.

Applications for press and industry accreditation are now open until Friday 13 March 2026 at 17:00.

Terms and conditions

You’ll need to read our terms and conditions as they contain important policy information. Accreditation includes full acceptance of our code of conduct and terms and conditions. Any violation of these will result in the immediate withdrawal of the accreditation.

We want to ensure BFI Flare: London LGBTQIA+ Film Festival is for everyone, and we will do all we can to meet your access requirements.

Check the delegate website and emails for details of screenings and events with access provision once accreditation opens.
