UK Global Screen Fund Co-production Weekender

This intensive two-day residential lab will be open to 18 UK-based producers and will take place Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 March 2022 at HOME in Manchester.

The pilot year of the UK Global Screen Fund has supported UK producers to join a range of unofficial and official international co-productions around the world and our aim is to continue to support and upskill producers to broaden their prospects and work internationally.

This weekend workshop will bring together 18 producers from around the UK for a series of talks, case studies, and group work with international industry experts. With the aim of encouraging cross-border collaboration, the selected producers will be given the opportunity to develop their knowledge of international co-productions, from treaties and conventions to legal agreements and sources of finance.
