The Third Day Q&A with cast and creatives

When’s it on? Tuesday 6 October, 19:00

Sky original drama, The Third Day is no ordinary television show. A visceral 6-part drama and a theatrical event, starring Jude Law and Naomie Harris, The Third Day is a gripping psychological thriller set on an alluring and mysterious British island, taking viewers into its captivating and distortive world where all is not as it seems.

Created by Dennis Kelly and Felix Barrett, the series consists of 3 separate but interconnected stories that all take place on Osea Island: ‘Summer’, ‘Autumn’ and ‘Winter’. ‘Summer’ consists of the first 3 episodes, which launched on 15 September on Sky Atlantic and is directed by Marc Munden. ‘Autumn’ is a theatrical event created by Punchdrunk theatre company, which took place on Osea Island on 3 October 2020 and was broadcast as live on free to air channel Sky Arts and online. ‘Winter’, which launches on 6 October is episodes 4, 5 and 6, and is directed by Philippa Lowthorpe. Each story can be seen individually but watching all 3 parts gives you the full experience of The Third Day.

BFI at Home welcomes cast and creatives to discuss this unique television experience with programmer and producer Rowan Woods.
