Lucrecia Martel on Zama

The Headless Woman director visits BFI Southbank to talk about her new film Zama. Set in colonial South America and based on Antonio di Benedetto’s book, the film elliptically presents the story of corregidor Zama’s attempts to be assigned to a new position in the Spanish empire.
