Film poems – the work of filmmaker Margaret Tait

On Margaret Tait’s centenary, season curator Peter Todd welcomes academic Lucy Reynolds and writers So Mayer and Anna Coatman to talk about her unique work.

A season titled Rhythm and Poetry: The Films of Margaret Tait, took place at BFI Southbank throughout October and November 2018 as part of a nationwide celebration of filmmaker and poet Margaret Tait’s centenary.

The season was a coordination between the BFI, LUX Scotland, University of Stirling, and Pier Arts Centre.
