The Pirates! In an Adventure with Scientists + Q&A
Director Peter Lord visits BFI Southbank for a screening of his film The Pirates! In an Adventure with Scientists!, a stop-motion animated feature from Aardman Animations. Taking part in an onstage Q&A, he shows off some of the beautifully crafted figures from the film, describes the incredible effort that goes into animating them, and reveals the challenging task that all prospective Aardman animators are asked to perform.
