Apichatpong Weerasethakul: Phantoms of Nabua

Thai director and artist Apichatpong Weerasethakul, directly following his Palme D'Or win in 2010, visits BFI Southbank to discuss his piece, Phantoms of Nabua, on display in the BFI Gallery. A visually stunning video installation, it forms part of a larger a multiplatform project known as Primitive that includes his prize winning film 'Uncle Boonmee Who Can Recall His Past Lives.' Here Weerasethakul talks about the origins of the piece and about his practice.
